Keeping you safe from COVID

BEFORE

We are working closely with the local authorities to implement all necessary precautions to create a COVID-safe environment. We will continue to update you as the event approaches.

Arriving from abroad

Please ensure you read all of the latest government, public health, travel and testing guidance on the Scottish Government website.

Plan ahead

Planning what you want to do and where to go before you arrive at the venue will make our event safer for everyone. Plan how to travel to and from the venue by checking travel advice and restrictions.

Stay home if you are unwell

Before travelling to the venue, ensure that you feel well, with no fever or other symptoms related to COVID-19. If you’re unwell, please stay at home.

DURING

We are trying to make meeting and doing business as safe as possible for everyone.

Face Masks

All attendees are currently required to wear a face covering in all areas of the show by law, unless exempt. Presenters and panellist will be able to remove masks when on the stage area.

Hygiene

Hand sanitiser will be widely available around the venue. Please continue to follow guidance and wash or sanitise your hands frequently. Catch coughs and sneezes with a bent elbow or tissues, not in your hands.

Be Kind

Please consider personal space as everyone will have their own level of comfort. Give people space when walking past them. Check before initiating physical contact (choose elbow bumps rather than handshakes or hugs).

Ventilation

Increased ventilation will improve fresh air circulation in line with the latest guidance.

Cleaning

We will maintain the highest standards of cleaning before, during and after the event, including frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces.

Food and Drink

Catering facilities will be open in line with the latest government guidance. Cashless payments are encouraged, where required.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Should the event be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions then the following will apply:

• Depending on the notice period, we will aim to provide a digital event where all delegates will be converted to a digital ticket.
• If it’s not possible to provide a digital event, then delegates will be offered the option of attending the event on the new date or receiving a full refund.
• Confirmed exhibitors will have their booking moved to the next conference date.
• Should a delegate not be able to attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 test, then our standard cancellation policy for the event will apply which allows a refund within 30 days of the event. However, you won’t have to miss out as you’ll have the opportunity to convert your ticket to a digital ticket. Please contact us directly for more information at: [email protected]
