The current fifth revision of ISO 9001 has been available since 15 September 2015. Excellent quality is created in a continuous improvement process that ISO 9001 embeds. With this knowledge, we have now revised the TÜV SÜD Guide to ISO 9001:2015 Certification. It is aimed at entrepreneurs, consultants and all those who want to build, certify and continuously improve a QMS in accordance with ISO 9001. Its added value: orientation and practical tips for putting ISO 9001 into practice.
Within the guidance document our TÜV SÜD experts provide insights into the ISO standard and explain from an auditor's point of view what is specifically behind the requirements of the standard. Part one describes the structure of the QM standard and provides an overview of the essential features. Examples of audit questions and tips on possible process evidence complete the presentation of all requirements in part two and clarification on the practical procedure of an ISO 9001 audit.

ISO 45001 was released on March 12, 2018 and is a milestone on the road to greater safety and health at work. The ISO standard replaces OHSAS 18001, which was introduced in 1999 and revised in 2007, as the most important international standard in the field of occupational health and safety management systems to date.
Originally, all OHSAS 18001 certifications were scheduled to expire on March 11th 2021, but due to the pandemic, many companies have been unable to meet this deadline. For this reason, the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) decided to allow companies more time, with a new deadline of 30th September 2021.
