VDA 6.3 process audit is an effective procedure for assessing processes in connection with the planning and manufacturing of a product. After successful completion of the qualification for VDA 6.3 process auditor, the question arises of continuous further development: Again, and again, while conducting audits in practice, auditors will encounter situations in which handling or appropriately assessing requirements leads to uncertainties. This training offers the chance to discuss such situations in everyday audit practice with the participants and an expert and to determine the appropriateness and application of requirements and assessments.

The training session focuses on the practical application of the process audit as a tool for analysing weaknesses in combination with risk assessments and as a basis for improvement measures. The theoretical part focuses on the subjects of audit preparation and audit planning as well as evaluation. The application of the VDA 6.3 Analysis Tool will also be discussed. In the practical part, the audit preparation, audit planning, the execution of process audits with final evaluation, and the presentation of results (final discussion) are trained in role plays and according to given scenarios.
