About the course
Workers experience stress when the demands of their job are more excessive than their capacity. In addition to mental health problems, workers suffering from prolonged stress can go on to develop serious physical health problems such as cardiovascular disease or musculoskeletal problems. Healthier employees operating under manageable levels of stress will be happier and more positive, helping to maintain a robust and healthy workplace culture conducive to creativity and productivity. Stress is one of the leading causes of absenteeism in the workplace (fewer sick days). This Stress Management training helps an organisation prevent health issues and achieve its legal obligations and Operational Control requirements of ISO 45001:2018.
