Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) is an approach that can be applied successfully across organisations. It is gaining more interest across industry sectors globally and offers newer strategies for achieving safe and healthy workplaces. The BBS approach puts forth that any organisation must apply the learnings from many years of analyses of accidents and ill health because it will contribute to forming the bases for future hazard prevention strategies and activities.
