About the FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1 LEAD AUDITOR COURSE

The FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course based on version 5.1 is structured to provide an overall understanding of ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system requirements, sector- specific pre-requisite program (PRPs) requirements (ISO/TS 22002-x-series or other specific PRP standard), FSSC 22000 additional requirements along with an understanding of the key elements of ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021 standards. This food safety lead auditor training course has been made in-line with international registers and guidelines.

This 5- day FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course is a CQI & IRCA accredited training program conducted by our experienced auditors and tutors, who have relevant experience in auditing and have provided trainings to numerous organisations from diverse industries. They will share their experiences and knowledge on the standard's requirements so as to facilitate you while conducting audits.

After completing the FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course, you will receive a globally recognised TÜV SÜD certificate. This course satisfies the training requirements for becoming a CQI-IRCA approved FSSC 22000 auditor.

Prerequisites

Note: Anyone with the need to audit an organisation’s FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1. Prior knowledge in standard/ work will be added advantage for this course.

Recommend prior knowledge: 

  • With regards to experience in food chain, HACCP, GMP, GHP, etc.
  • Understanding of relevant food safety legislation & pre-requisite programs.
  • A prior knowledge on the ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1 and FSSC 22000 additional requirements.

Exam details (duration, pattern)

Final examination will be conducted Online by CQI IRCA. The exam framework for CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor Training Course is as below: 
Exam duration: 1hour 45 minutes 
Total number of items/questions: 40 
Total marks available: 80 
Learners must achieve the minimum pass mark for each domain and an overall score of 40 marks (50%) 
Open book exam. Learners will require access to the relevant ISO standards (electronic or paper copy permitted)

Certification

TÜV SÜD South Asia as an approved training partner of CQI/IRCA and fulfills all compliances of the course  PR372: FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 Lead Auditor holding training course reference No 2434. Participants who score 70% and above in continuous assessment, plus minimum 50%  and above in final written examination will be issued a CQI/IRCA accredited certificate of successful completion of the course, which is renowned in certification and carries worldwide acceptance. Unsuccessful candidates will be issued a certificate of attendance
