ABOUT THE FSSC VER 6.0 Implementation Training Program

TÜV SÜD South Asia organises a 4-day Implementation training program based on FSSC 22000 version 6.0 standards; it gives an insight into requirements and how to implement this standard in your organisation. Here, we will teach you in detail regarding standards ISO 22000:2018 + ISO /TS 22002-x + FSSC 22000 Additional requirements.

Food safety management systems – Requirements for any organisation in the food chain. As we know, there have been many food safety challenges for users along the supply chain, and since today’s foods are travelling across different nations and crossing borders across the globe, Ensuring the availability of clean, safe & hygienic food has become a challenge to present-day governments. This training program is structured to provide an overall understanding of ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system requirements, Sector specific prerequisite program (PRPs) requirements (ISO/TS 22002-x-series or other specific PRP standard) and FSSC 22000 Additional requirements.

The 4-day course will be conducted by our experienced auditors and tutors, who have audited and provided training to numerous organisations from diverse industries. They will share their experiences and knowledge on this standard requirement. After successfully completing this course, you would be eligible to implement the FSSC 22000 standards requirement in your organisation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

At the end of this program, the delegate will be able to understand the standard requirements of ISO 22000:2018 + ISO / TS 22002-1 + FSSC 22000 additional requirements. Other topics covered are:

PREREQUISITES

  • With regards to experience in the food chain and knowledge regarding ISO 22000:2018 standards, HACCP, PRPs viz GMP, GHP, etc
  • Understanding of relevant food safety and other legislations

EXAM DETAILS (DURATION, PATTERN)

Participants will be assessed throughout the course.

  • Continuous Evaluation: Punctuality, presentation skills, interactive approach, involvement, role-play, daily tests, etc.
  • Participants will be assessed through a 60 marks objective type examination (open book) at the end of the course.
  • Duration of exam will be 90 minutes.
  • Minimum passing% criteria: 60%. (36 Marks)

CERTIFICATION

  • TÜV SÜD certificate of “Implementation training program on FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 standards” will be issued to participants only after successful completion based on performance during the course and in written examination.
  • Others who have not successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate of attendance.
