About Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Program

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) is the next level after Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. It helps professionals to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at an advanced level of proficiency. Capturing all aspects of the D-M-A-I-C model, the Six Sigma Black Belt program equips professionals to demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities to lead a full time Lean Six Sigma project. In simple language, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is one of the most advanced levels of the lean six sigma certification programs, wherein the certified professionals are regarded as experts who can pioneer and guide an organisation towards efficiency and profitability.

Pre-requisites

Participants applying for TÜV SÜD’s Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training must have completed a globally accepted Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training/Certification (Green Belt project completion is not mandatory as most of the participants take their first project as a Black Belt project).

Examination & Certification

Candidates are required to pass a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)-based online examination measuring the comprehension of TÜV SÜD’s Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge. The duration of the examination is 180 minutes, with 100 MCQs, offered in English. All candidates scoring 70% or above are awarded with TÜV SÜD’s Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate.
