*Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of a booked event must be made in writing and no later than 7 days prior to the event date. For cancellations made after this deadline but up to 3 working days before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.

For cancellations made later, non-attendance at the event, or early termination of participation, the full participation fee is payable. Substituting a participant is permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is too low.
