Hydrogen technology harbours many opportunities for the future. However, anyone working with hydrogen systems must be familiar with the properties and dangers of hydrogen. You will acquire basic knowledge of hydrogen in order to be able to work safely with hydrogen-bearing systems and installations. The topics of occupational safety and explosion protection are dealt with specifically. Typical hydrogen systems are presented as examples, from production, transport and storage.
This seminar also fulfils the requirements of DGUV FBHM-099 levels E and 1E as well as 1S for acquiring the specialist knowledge and qualification for operating and working on gas-powered vehicles with a focus on hydrogen-powered drive systems and hydrogen technology.
Together with "Basics of safe handling of hydrogen", this seminar forms the basis of our hydrogen training. Further seminars then show you the path to knowledge for operators and manufacturers of hydrogen systems.

- This multiple choice exam consists of 30 questions. The pass mark is 60 %. No aids are permitted (closed book).
