Our national and international conferences are focused on the current technological and commercial hot topics in your industry.

At many conferences, we offer interested companies and institutions the opportunity to present their services and products in an accompanying specialist exhibition. Meet decision-makers, managers and specialists and use this platform to cultivate contacts and acquire new customers.

The majority of the events take place in the auditorium "Chiemsee" at the TÜV SÜD headquarters in Munich. At approx. 300 m², this location is suitable for events for up to 180 people and is equipped with the most up-to-date conference technology. The exhibition space is located in the foyer.

Venue | Exhibition areas



The foyer has a total area of approx. 180 m². It provides space for up to 12 exhibition booths. The generous room, which is flooded with light, is partly fitted with high-quality parquet flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows. This provides you with the ideal backdrop for presenting your products and services to a specialist audience.

The optimum position of the exhibition area between the entrance and the lecture hall means that participants are automatically channelled through the exhibition. Catering concessions are set up here in the breaks, so you can also count on drawing the crowds during this time.

Catering

The catering area is located in the foyer, immediately adjacent to the exhibition areas. 
Coffee breaks and some lunch breaks take place in this area. The participants therefore spend time directly in the exhibition area and have the opportunity to visit stands 
during every break, for information and stimulating discussion.

Allocation of booth areas

We will try our best 
to take your wishes into account when allocating stand spaces. However, factors such as 
stand size, the order in which applications have been received, etc. also play a role in allocation. We would ask that you 
appreciate that we therefore 
cannot honour every request.

Booth staffing


You have the option of having your stand looked after by stand staff. If the stand staff should also attend the conference, please advise us accordingly. All catering in breaks and at lunchtimes, and at evening events where applicable, is included for stand staff and participants.

Booth staff:
You will receive exhibitor information and are exclusively permitted to take part in the exhibition. Participation in the specialist conference is not allowed (no entry to the lecture hall).

Participants:
You will receive conference documentation and are permitted to take part in both the specialist conference and the Exhibition.


Assembly and disassembly


Here you will find detailed instructions on how to get there.

Assembly times vary depending on the event. Following registration, you will receive full details by e-mail two to three weeks before the event.


Disassembly takes place following the respective event.

For assembly and disassembly, you may park vehicles in the TÜV SÜD inner courtyard in order to gain the most direct access possible to the premises. The inner courtyard is located behind the main building; vehicles must approach via Würzburgerstrasse. Access from the inner courtyard to the exhibition areas is level. Please remember to bring with you any equipment (lift trucks etc.) you may need.


Deliveries by courier

It is possible to receive deliveries of materials or large parts/exhibition pieces before the event under certain conditions. Delivery is permitted one day before the conference at the earliest.
